Eduardo Ribas

Eduardo Ribas is an accomplished human capital management professional with extensive experience in federal agencies. Currently serving as the Chief Human Capital Officer at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since September 2010, Eduardo previously held the role of Director for Human Resources at NOAA from November 2004 to September 2010. Earlier career positions include Deputy Associate Director for Human Capital Management Services at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and Director for Workforce Management at the National Institutes of Health. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, with earlier education at Salisbury University and St. John's College High School.
