Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Corporate Finance at РусГидро since August 2021, Andrey previously held similar roles at the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) from August 2015 to August 2021, where responsibilities included heading debt capital markets and ratings. Prior to that, Andrey was the Executive Director of Private Equity at Beta Capital Management and served as Vice President of Debt Capital Markets at Alfa-Bank. Early career experience includes roles at NOMOS-BANK as an Associate and Senior Associate in Debt Capital Markets. Andrey holds a degree from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, completed from 1997 to 2002.
