Annette then joined Aveda in 1999, initially as a QA Microbiologist and later as an R&D Microbiology Manager. Annette stayed with Aveda until September 2023. Most recently, Annette joined Federal Package in December 2022 as the Director of Research Development Formulation and Microbiology.
