Paul Marotta is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the research and development of OTC personal care products. As the Senior Director of Research and Development and Process Engineering at Federal Package since April 2024, Paul demonstrates expertise in R&D strategy execution and management. Paul co-founded Marotta Group LLC in March 2023 and served as the Senior Director of Research and Development at Kinnos from June 2023 to March 2024, overseeing all aspects of R&D. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Director of Corporate Mascara/Brow Development and Director of Global Business Continuity Laboratory, focusing on product development and supply chain resilience. Paul began a career as a Chemist at AM Cosmetics and holds an MBA from Dowling College and a BS in Chemistry from SUNY Oneonta.
