Josh Botnen

Josh Botnen currently serves as the ERP Support Office Data Product Lead and has held various roles, including Senior Data Strategist and Director of Data Analytics, at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since March 2022. Prior to this position, Botnen worked at First Interstate Bank from June 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included serving as the SVP, Chief Data and Analytics Officer, leading the bank's data and analytics strategy. Botnen's extensive experience in data management and analytics includes roles at Lytx, Inc., Harte-Hanks Market Intelligence, Indymac Bank, Rhodes Homes, Nevada Federal Credit Union, and Elder Care Alliance. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from St. Olaf College and a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Montana, alongside additional studies at various institutions.
