Meegan Tracy

Meegan Tracy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing employee relations and implementing strategic HR initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since July 2019, Meegan resolves complex employee relations issues and oversees the change management for HRIS system conversions. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments, where impactful HR programs were developed to enhance employee engagement and foster an inclusive culture. Meegan has also held senior HR positions at Staples and Covidien, establishing employee relations functions and supporting business goals effectively. Earlier experience at State Street involved managing HR functions across North America, and foundational roles were held at Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., and Powell Goldstein LLP. Meegan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
