Hany Sober

Hany Sober is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and compensation analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Business Operations Analyst and a Senior Compensation Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since October 2018, Hany has previously worked as a Compensation Consultant and Benefits Consultant at Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, Inc. from 2011 to 2018. Prior to that, Hany held roles as a Health & Benefits Actuarial Associate and Retirement Actuarial Associate at Aon Consulting from 2004 to 2011, and began the career as a Retirement Actuarial Analyst at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from 1998 to 2004. Hany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Michigan, earned in 1998.
