Dustin Maxwell

Dustin Maxwell currently serves as the Director of Operations for the FS Aftermarket Group at Federal Signal Corporation, overseeing operations in the Eastern US for Joe Johnson Equipment and FS Solutions since November 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Director of Operations at Joe Johnson Equipment - USA and Area Manager at United Site Services, where Dustin managed P&L for over $44 million in annual revenue across seven locations. Previously, Dustin held the position of District Manager II at Waste Management, overseeing financial performance for seven refuse hauling districts, and route management for various garbage and recycling operations. Additional professional experience includes working as a Driver Manager at CR England and serving as a C-130 Crew Chief in the United States Marine Corps. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from Colorado State University.
