Christopher Harris

Christopher Harris is a Staff Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission since October 2016, specializing in mergers. Previously, Christopher held positions as a Legal Intern to Commissioner Maureen K. Ohlhausen and participated in the Summer Legal Internship Program within the same agency. Prior experience includes a summer legal internship at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, where Christopher developed contract analysis skills and researched various legal requirements, as well as a Summer Law Clerk role at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Christopher also gained experience auditing estates and trusts with the Commissioner of Accounts for Fauquier and Rappahannock County, and conducted legal research as a Legal Intern with the Deputy Public Defender's Office. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
