Sérgio Rodrigues serves as the Founder and CEO of Lemobs since December 2015, where the focus is on developing technological solutions for intelligent cities in collaboration with public managers and the private sector. Additionally, Sérgio is a Co-Founder of ProntLife, a cloud platform that enhances access to medical services for doctors and patients, recognized as the best health solution by InovAtiva Brasil. As the IT Project Coordinator at COPPE/UFRJ since March 2000, Sérgio has managed government demand projects supporting public policies. Furthermore, Sérgio co-founded Plataforma Soluções em Gestão Empresarial in May 2005 and contributed as a Professor at Ibmec from July 2009 to January 2019. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Negotiation Support Systems from COPPE/UFRJ and an MBA in Project Management from FGV, among other degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
