Darren Hodges has an extensive work experience history starting in 1994 at InfoMaster as a Senior Developer/Consultant. Darren then worked at various companies such as Praxa, Formida Holdings, Differentis, CSC, and InsideHedge before joining Caliburn Capital Partners LLP as the Head of Information Technology in 2009. Darren later moved to Schroders as the Investment Systems Development Manager in 2012. In 2016, they joined Federated Hermes Limited as the Head of Development, progressing to become the Head of Technology. In 2023, they transitioned to Federated Hermes as the Global Head of Investment Technology. Throughout their career, Darren led IT development teams, oversaw technology strategies, and implemented innovative technologies.
Darren Hodges obtained a BA in Social Science with a focus on Geography from Flinders University in 1994. Prior to that, they studied Geography and Cartography at the University of South Australia from 1989 to 1991.
