Currently serving as a Global Operations Learning & Development Advisor, Joe is responsible for creating and maintaining corporate training programs related to Customs and Border Protection regulations, quality improvement, and customer service. Joe's prior roles include Sr. Global Operations Learning & Development Specialist and Quality Assurance Auditor, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring adherence to ISO 9000 standards and evaluating compliance with import regulations. Joe holds a Master of Arts in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship, complemented by an Associate of Applied Sciences in Quality and Productivity.
