Jamie Olson has extensive experience in policy advocacy and sustainability, currently serving as the Vice President of Policy and Advocacy at Feeding Texas since October 2017. In this role, Jamie focuses on reducing food insecurity and empowering marginalized communities in Texas through public policy and advocacy initiatives. Previous positions include Director of Policy & Advocacy and Director of Government Affairs at Feeding Texas, as well as a Policy Analyst role at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Jamie's earlier experience includes positions in grant management and education, highlighting a strong background in policy research, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach. Jamie holds a Master of Global Policy Studies from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Temple University.
