Gert Volmer has had an extensive career in business development, marketing, and sales. Gert began their career in 2005 as the Marketing Manager for Maestro Boats ÖB. In 2006, they took on the role of Business Development Manager at CERN and Sales Consultant at Bluecielo | an Accruent Company. In 2007, Gert joined the Finnish Defence Forces as a Private. In 2008, they moved to Procemex as the Head of Sales & Marketing. From 2013 to 2016, Gert worked as Business Development Manager at McAirlaid's and Director Business Consultant at Translations.com. Finally, in 2016, Gert became Co-Founder of Feedtrail, a healthcare organization that delivers solutions to improve patient experience.

Gert Volmer has an extensive educational background. Gert holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained in 2022. Gert also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Centria University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained in 2007.
