Ruairidh Wynne-McCorry

Ruairidh Wynne-McCorry has a diverse range of work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ruairidh is currently working as a Lead Backend Engineer at Feeld since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Author at Educative, Inc. where they created a course focusing on GraphQL. Ruairidh also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at askporter from June 2020 to May 2023, where they implemented a design system, introduced Cypress testing, and standardized GitHub PR templates. As a Freelance Software Engineer at accuRx in May 2020, they increased test coverage and provided guidance on testing best practices. From March 2019 to April 2020, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at BeatGig, where they increased test coverage and developed a scalable search module. Before that, they were a Senior Developer at Primitive Social from July 2017 to October 2018, where they implemented various client projects. Ruairidh also served as a Board Member at Adopt An Intern from January 2016 to April 2017, a Trainee Solicitor at Skyscanner during June 2016 to September 2016, and as a Global Shaper - Vice Curator at the World Economic Forum from February 2016 to September 2016. Their earlier work experience includes roles as a Trainee Solicitor at Burness Paull LLP, where they specialized in Dispute Resolution, Pensions Law, and Commercial Property transactions.

Ruairidh Wynne-McCorry pursued their education at The University of Edinburgh. From 2009 to 2013, they completed their bachelor's degree in Law LLB (Hons). Ruairidh furthered their legal studies by enrolling in The University of Edinburgh and obtained a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from 2013 to 2014.

Aside from their academic achievements, Ruairidh Wynne-McCorry also obtained the PADI Open Water certification in June 2014 through the institution PADI.
