Fiona Qin Zhang

Fiona Qin Zhang, CPIM, is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager at Fellow since September 2020, Fiona has successfully developed a robust S&OP and forecasting process, achieving a 70% year-over-year increase in inventory turns. Prior to this, experience includes positions at Pique Tea, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing and negotiating pricing for raw materials, and EHANG, Inc., where demand forecasting and order placement for drone products were integral tasks. Early career roles include serving as an Assistant Buyer at Sports Zone Elite, where strategic sourcing leadership was provided for significant sales volumes, and internships at Shanghai Volkswagen and Shanghai Hongdu Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., focusing on business development and procurement processes. Fiona holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland, along with a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Miami University.
