Richard Kang

Richard Kang is an experienced industrial designer with a strong background in product design and development. Currently serving as a Senior Industrial Designer at Fellowes Mobile since July 2017 and as a Lead Industrial Designer at Fellowes since July 2012, Richard oversees junior designers and leads product presentations. Prior roles include a Designer position at United Displaycraft, where Richard received the 2010 OMA Award for designing a New Balance counter display and contributed to high-profile projects for Gatorade. Richard also has freelance experience across several design firms and a solid foundation in CAD software, particularly Solidworks. Educated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Richard demonstrates a strong ability in ideation, design presentations, and market research.
