Natalie Hayes CPSS is an Outreach Care Specialist at Elevance Health as of May 2023, contributing to the Empower Women's Wellness Program, which focuses on addressing neonatal abstinence syndrome and neonatal opioid withdrawal syndrome. Currently serving as a Therapy Assistant at Fellowship Hall since October 2022, providing support within a drug treatment context. Previously held positions include Brand Representative at General Mills; Blue Buffalo, Environmental Health Specialist for Rockingham County, and Geographic Information Systems Technician at Windstream. Additional experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Office Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Student Desk Manager at Jackson Library UNCG. Natalie has a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biology from Guilford Technical Community College.

About Fellowship Hall Fellowship Hall is a 99-bed, private, not-for-profit alcohol and drug treatment center located on 120 bucolic acres in Greensboro, NC. We provide treatment and evidenced-based programs based on abstinence and the Twelve Step model of recovery. We have been accredited by The Joint Commission since 1974 as a specialty hospital and are a member of the National Association of Addiction Providers.
