Brian McAdam, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President of Apostolic Outreach Operations & Formation at The Fellowship of Catholic University Students, where responsibilities include overseeing the formation of approximately 1,000 missionaries impacting over 25,000 students and parishioners. Previous experience includes directing a Catholic worldview leadership program at the Augustine Institute, editing for The Review of Metaphysics, and founding and teaching an SAT prep course. Brian McAdam has also contributed as a blogger, focusing on helping individuals find time and resources for what matters most. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Philosophy from The Catholic University of America and various credentials from Harvard Business School Online and Wharton Online.

FOCUS is a Catholic collegiate outreach whose mission is to share the hope and joy of the gospel to college and university students. Trained in Church teaching, prayer, sacred Scripture, evangelization and discipleship, FOCUS missionaries encounter students in friendship where they are, inviting them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and accompanying them as they pursue lives of virtue and excellence. Through Bible studies, outreach events, mission trips and one-on-one discipleship, missionaries inspire and build up students in the faith, sending them out to spread the good news and to live out the Great Commission: Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations (Mt. 28:19).
