Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Paul Anderson has extensive work experience in the field of technology and IT management. Paul currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Technology at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes since September 2019. Prior to this, Anderson worked at Compassion International, where they held several roles including Director of Agile and IT Service Management, Vice President of Information Technology (Interim), IT Management Service Director, Senior Manager of IT Service Management, and IT Change Program Manager. At Compassion International, Anderson facilitated global strategy sessions, transformed the organizational culture, and directed various IT departments to enhance and accelerate IT capabilities. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Professor at Colorado Technical University, teaching courses on ITIL and Enterprise Architecture. Anderson also has experience as an IT Release Manager and Systems/Exchange/Network Administrator at Compassion International.
Paul Anderson earned a Master of Science in IT Management from Colorado Technical University in 2004-2005. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Education from Trinity Western University in 1994-1999. In addition, they have certifications in Patterson StratOp, SPC4.6 (SAFe Program Consultant), ITIL V2 Service Manager, and ITIL V3 Expert.
