Laura Pezzullo

Laura Pezzullo is an experienced Client Experience Training Specialist at Fendi since January 2020, where responsibilities include developing training programs to enhance retail teams' selling skills and collaborating with various departments to support omnichannel strategies. Prior roles at Fendi include Digital Learning and Fendi Academy Specialist for Fragrances, where Laura designed global learning content, and as a Worldwide Retail Training Intern, focusing on improving digital learning formats. Previous experience also includes serving as an Account Executive at Starcom, coordinating global activities for the Puig Barcelona account, and enhancing marketing strategies at PIANOFORTE GROUP as a Shop Assistant.
