Roland Schmidt is currently the Vice President Marketing at Fendt, within AGCO Corporation. Prior to this role, Roland held the position of Executive Director Marketing at AGCO GmbH. Roland obtained a degree in Diplom-Ingenieurin in Agrarwirtschaft from Weihenstephan-Triesdorf in 1998. Additionally, Roland completed the DLG Trainee Programm für Nachwuchsführungskräft in 1999.
