The leaders of Fenworks have a wide range of experiences in many different industries. These include working as a legal secretary, cashier/bagger, seasonal worker, teacher, project manager, sales associate, and managing associate. They also have a variety of educational backgrounds, with degrees in conversational language, biology, elementary education, finance, and finance from the University of North Dakota and the University of Minnesota Duluth.
