Annie Lu is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in leading product teams and driving revenue growth in high-growth technology environments. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Fergus since April 2021, Annie previously held roles at VidApp and Trainline, where innovative product strategies resulted in significant revenue increases. With a foundation in software delivery and business analysis at Vodafone, Annie successfully managed cross-functional teams, defined product roadmaps, and implemented Agile methodologies. Annie holds a First Class Honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Auckland, further bolstered by formative experience in various analytical and engineering roles.
