Katy Parkes has over 13 years of experience in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Program Manager at Ferguson Enterprises since July 2010. In this role, Katy provides strategic direction for enterprise-wide talent programs, focusing on engagement, performance management, and leadership assessment strategies.
