Sofie Van Reusel is an experienced marketing and communications professional with over a decade of leadership at Ferm, where roles include Head of Marketing & Communications and Manager of the Creative Team. Sofie leads efforts to enhance brand visibility for multiple organizations under the Ferm umbrella, including Ferm vzw, Ferm Kinderopvang, and Ferm Huishoudhulp. As a coach in marketing and communications, Sofie supports the largest women's organization in Flanders, Belgium. Prior to Ferm, Sofie served as Communications Manager and Project Manager at Volvo Event Management, overseeing strategic sponsorships. Educational achievements include a Professional Bachelor in Communications from Arteveldehogeschool, a Degree in Education from CVO Aalst, and a Project Management Certificate from IHM Business School.

Ons are active in the voluntary sector, home care, family care, child care, education and training, informal care, green care and services paid with service vouchers. Ons is Dutch for ‘us’.
