John Skubel

John Skubel is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the VP of Sales at Pomerium since June 2024. Prior roles include Senior Director of Sales at Netlify, where John also headed Gatsby Sales until its acquisition by Netlify in February 2023. John has advised Feroot since June 2021 and previously held the position of VP of Sales at Bugsnag, which was acquired by SmartBear in May 2021. Prior to that, John worked at Duo Security as the RVP for West Sales until its acquisition by Cisco in October 2018. Earlier career highlights include roles as Director of West Sales at ClearSlide, Inc., and various sales positions at Thompson Creek Window Company and Sentia Language School. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Kenyon College, earned in 2007.
