Matt Oakley is currently employed at Ferra Group as Head Of Operations and Program Manager. Previously, he worked at RUAG Australia as a Production Supervisor and Production Engineering Manager. With a background in the Australian Army as a Combat Engineer, he brings a wealth of experience to his roles in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Matt holds a Cert III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) from Swinburne University of Technology.
