Chad Womack has extensive work experience in the marketing and brand management field. Chad started their career at Nestl\u00e9 in 1998, primarily focusing on supply chain and operations. In 2009, they transitioned to a marketing role at Nestle USA, where they held various positions including Marketing Associate for Impulse Confections and Associate Brand Manager for WONKA Brands. In 2013, they became the Shopper Marketing Manager for popular brands such as NESQUIK, SKINNY COW, and JUICY JUICE. Chad then served as the Marketing Manager for NESTLE CRUNCH and 100 GRAND, and later as the Marketing Manager for Strategic Partnerships, before the company was acquired by Ferrara/Ferrero in 2018. At Ferrara, Chad took on the role of Senior Brand Manager for Iconic and Private Brands, and currently holds the position of Marketing Director for Seasonal Confections.

Chad Womack earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics and Transportation from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee between 1994 and 1998. Later, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Strategy and Marketing from the Drucker School of Management from 2004 to 2007.
