Chief Innovation Officer at Ferrara

In her role Heather oversees the creation and development of the Innovation Pipeline for all of the Ferrara Non-Chocolate Brands and Seasonal items. She joined the company in August 2018 and is focused on delivering transformational innovation.

Prior to joining Ferrara, Heather was the Head of R&D for the Refrigerated Business Unit at The Kraft Heinz Company. In her time there she and her team launched key innovations for many iconic brands including Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (removal of artificial dyes), Capri Sun Sport and Capri Sun Refreshers, Planters Nuts Crunchers and Oscar Mayer Lunchables.

Heather is a mom to two active boys and you can often find her at the soccer or baseball field or on basketball court. In her spare time she enjoys exercising outdoors.
