Katie Byrne, MBA, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting their career as an intern at TRUE Cosmetics in 2006, they later served as an intern at John Deere in 2009. Katie gained professional experience as an Assurance Intern at EY in 2009, before moving up to the roles of Staff Auditor, Senior Auditor, and eventually Manager in Assurance Services at the same company until 2014. Following that, they worked at Protiviti as a Manager in Internal Audit and Financial Advisory from 2014 to 2016. Katie then joined The Kraft Heinz Company, where they held various positions, including Senior Accounting Manager, Associate Director in Trade Finance & Accounting, and finally Assistant Controller in the US Zone. Their most recent experience has been with Ferrara, where they serve as the Senior Director of OTC and Revenue Accounting and currently holds the position of Vice President in Sales Operations.
Katie Byrne, MBA, CPA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2010. Katie also completed their undergraduate degree in Accounting from the same institution between 2005 and 2009. In 2008, Katie had a study abroad experience at The University of Queensland.
