Kevin Lall is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and tax consulting. Currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Ferrara Candy Company, Kevin has held multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Counsel for Sales and Operations and Legal Counsel for Sales & Operations. Prior to joining Ferrara, Kevin worked at Deloitte, where roles included Manager, Senior Tax Consultant, and Tax Consultant. Kevin began the legal career as a Law Clerk at Arnold M. Flank, Limited, and also gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Cook County Circuit Court and a Legal Extern at Reliance Capital Markets. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and History from the University of Notre Dame, along with a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law.
