Olawumi (Wumi) Yusuff, MSc, CFS, has extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety at Ferrara since October 2018, after holding positions as Senior Manager and Corporate Food Safety Manager. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance and developing technical guidance for production processes. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Manager at both Colorado Premium and DABECCA NATURAL FOODS, INC., where Olawumi successfully achieved certification ratings and significantly reduced non-compliance issues. Olawumi began a career in food quality at Blommer Chocolate Company, receiving recognition for outstanding contributions.
