Ridhi Barber is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in brand management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Brand Marketing Director for Black Forest at Ferrara since September 2024, Ridhi leads a team focused on driving brand growth through strategic communications, innovation, and distribution initiatives. Previously, as Brand Director for Boursin and Nurishh at Bel from June 2019 to August 2024, Ridhi held full P&L ownership and developed growth plans for both brands.
