Flavio Gargiulo

Flavio Gargiulo is a seasoned professional in the field of UX/UI and ergonomics, currently serving as the Head of the UX/UI department at Ferrari since September 2018, with responsibilities including team leadership, concept definition through rapid prototyping, and requirements validation. Previously, Flavio held positions such as Head of the Ergonomics department and HMI Senior Project Manager at Ferrari, as well as HMI Senior Lead Engineer at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. and Senior Lead System Engineer at Fiat Spa. Flavio's expertise encompasses the design and development of driver interactions, benchmarking against competitors, and ergonomic performance improvement in vehicle components. Flavio began the career as a project quality assurance intern at Bombardier Transportation and earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II'.
