Santo Tornese

Santo Tornese has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Vehicle Assembly Technology at Ferrari since October 2004. Previous roles at Ferrari include Head of Methods and Work Analysis, Head of Organizational Development for the School of Trades, Head of Lean Manufacturing, Paintshop Shift Manager, and Production Planner in Logistics. Prior to Ferrari, Santo Tornese worked at BMW Italia in Aftersales for BMW MOTORRAD. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Bologna Business School (2019-2021) and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Industrial Production Management, from Politecnico di Bari (1997-2002). Additionally, Santo Tornese pursued doctoral studies at Politecnico di Milano from September 2002 to October 2004.
