Cody Joy

Cody Joy is an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in systems and process engineering, currently serving as Director of Systems and Process Engineering at Ferrera Tooling Inc since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer/Job Planner at Walt Disney World, where responsibilities involved developing and executing procurement and repair orders for the parks, as well as implementing design improvements using SolidWorks. Cody also worked at Fox Equipment LLC as a Mechanical Engineer - Project Designer, creating industrial flow control equipment, and has a history of designing simulation and training equipment for the US Department of Defense at Metters Incorporated. Other positions held include Mechanical Engineer roles at MPV Tech and Universal Creative, where contributions were made to various engineering projects. Cody holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
