Eric Houdet

Eric Houdet currently serves as the SVP of Industrial Operation for Canada at Ferrero, overseeing a workforce of 1,653 employees and the production of key brands including Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, and Nutella since November 2018. Previously, Eric held the position of Industrial Director in France, managing three sites with 735 employees and a substantial annual production capacity for brands like Kinder Bueno and Nutella. Prior experience includes various roles at Mondelēz International, such as Plant Director and European Journey to Simplicity Leader, and production-focused positions at Danone, where Eric played a crucial role in implementing lean practices and managing significant plant operations. Eric Houdet is an alumnus of ESA, L'Ecole supérieure des agricultures, graduating in 1999.
