Federico Tecilla

Federico Tecilla is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions and business development, currently serving as the Global Head of M&A and Business Development at Ferrero since September 2018, where significant acquisitions include Power Crunch, Nonni’s Bakery, and Jelly Belly. Tecilla holds extensive experience as a board member and investor at VFT Invest and previously served in various leadership roles, including CEO at Tucano Urbano and General Manager at Bluvacanze Group, leading turnarounds and growth initiatives. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and another from INSEAD, alongside engineering and industrial management degrees from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and Politecnico di Milano.
