Rajas Bandekar

Rajas Bandekar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in diverse sectors. Currently serving as HR Head for Ferrero in India since February 2017, Rajas has held positions such as GM and AGM in HR, focusing on HR business partnership across Sales, Marketing, Media, and Consumer Shopper Understanding functions. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cipla from April 2008 to January 2017 as Sr Business Partner for HR in Emerging Markets and Europe, where Rajas managed comprehensive HR services and contributed to the Integration Management team for new market initiatives. Earlier career experience includes a role at Bharat Serums & Vaccines Ltd. as Management Trainee/Assistant Manager in HR, where Rajas oversaw hiring processes, HRIS implementation, and performance appraisal system development. Rajas holds an MBA in Human Resource from Met's Institute of Management and a BCom from the University of Mumbai.
