Sylvain Jadot

Sylvain Jadot is an experienced professional in operations management with a strong background in supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Organization & Improvement Manager for Group Food Safety & Quality at Ferrero since July 2023, Sylvain supports transformation initiatives across the Ferrero Group's extensive industrial and commercial structures. Prior to this role, Sylvain held various positions at PwC Belgium from September 2015 to July 2023, culminating in the role of Senior Manager in Management Consulting, specializing in Operations Transformation within the Pharma and Life Sciences sectors. Sylvain's earlier experience includes consulting internships at Roche and Magotteaux, alongside a solid educational foundation with a Master in General Management from Vlerick Business School and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering.
