Alina Burda

Alina Burda is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at FERREXPO PLC since March 2024. Prior to this role, Alina held the position of Legal Counsel at Louis Dreyfus Company from January 2019 to March 2024 and at Cargill from November 2012 to January 2019. Alina began the legal career as Junior Legal Counsel at AES from March 2011 to November 2012. Alina holds a Master's degree in Business Law from The National University "Yaroslav the Wise Law Academy of Ukraine" and a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Kyiv National Economics University. Alina has been a member of the Ukrainian Bar since 2017 and has completed additional qualifications including the GAFTA Distance Learning Programme and the International Legal English Certificate (ILEC).
