Viktor Lotous joined FPM in 1986.
Victor became chief engineer in 1997, and Head of Managing Board and Chief Operating Officer of Ferrexpo Poltava Mining in April 2007. He is a graduate of Kryvyi Rih Mining and Ore Institute, and of the Kyiv State Economic University, specialising in Finance.
