Lucie Beltrano

Lucie Beltrano currently serves as the Senior People & Culture Manager at Ferroglobe PLC, contributing to the People & Culture strategy in France by leading capability-building initiatives, driving efficiency programs, and reinforcing the One Ferroglobe culture within local teams. Prior to this role, Lucie served as the HR Director for Air Liquide Biogaz international, where responsibilities included defining HR culture and processes, fostering feedback and management culture, and overseeing reward and compensation for a diverse workforce. Lucie's earlier experience includes a decade at SEPPIC as Responsable Ressources Humaines, focusing on HR policies, personnel administration, and project management, as well as roles at Air Liquide Welding that involved training management and social performance analysis. Lucie holds a Master II degree in Human Resources from Université Paris Nanterre.
