Alfonso Perez

Alfonso Perez has extensive work experience in investment analysis. Alfonso started their career as an Equity Research Analyst at Agencia de Valores y Bolsa A.T. Equities Spain, where they worked from 2000 to 2003. Alfonso then joined BNP Paribas as a Senior Credit Analyst from 2004 to 2006. Alfonso has been with Ferrovial since 2006, holding various roles in investment analysis. Alfonso started as an Investment Analysis Senior Manager from 2006 to 2011, then became the Head of Investment Analysis at Ferrovial Power Infrastructure from an unspecified start date to October 2021. From 2012 to 2022, they served as the Head of Investment Analysis at Ferrovial Airports. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Investment Analysis, P3 projects at Ferrovial Construction, starting in July 2022.

Alfonso Perez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, majoring in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1999. Alfonso later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2000 to 2004. In 2018, they completed the Senior Management Program (SMP) at IE Business School.
