Juan Fernández-San Julián has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Juan started their career as an intern in the Quality Department at Global Steel Wire in 2000. Juan then worked as a Chemical Engineer in the Technical Department at Suicalsa from 2002 to 2003. In 2003, they joined ACCENTURE as a Manager in the Strategy - Talent & Organization division, where they gained expertise in HR management consulting and change management projects. From 2014 to 2017, Juan worked as a Freelance Consultant, leading change management initiatives and providing HR business relationship management services at Amadeus IT Group. Juan then moved to Cintra, where they served as the HR Talent, Engagement & Development Manager from 2017 to 2020, responsible for implementing HR processes and strategies across all business units globally. Currently, Juan is working for Ferrovial as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, a position they have held since 2024. In this role, their responsibilities include implementing HR initiatives and projects on a global scale to support Ferrovial's overall strategy.
Juan Fernández-San Julián completed their education as a Chemical Engineer at the Universidad de Cantabria, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería Química. Juan also pursued a Final Project in Chemical Engineering at the University of Hertfordshire. Additionally, they participated in the Programa de Desarrollo Ejecutivo en Management at IE Business School.
