Michael Burch has a diverse work experience in sales, with a focus on the manufacturing and fabrication industry. Michael started their career in 2003 as a Territory Sales Manager at ESAB, where they successfully sold equipment and consumables and developed new accounts. Michael then progressed to become an Area Sales Manager, where they grew business and carried out price increases. After that, they became a Regional Sales Manager, achieving high sales performance and ranking second among ten regions. Later, they served as the Sales Director, responsible for all sales in the Southeast US and leading the integration of ESAB and Victor sales teams. In 2015, they joined Airgas as an Advanced Automation sales professional, where they built a pipeline of quoted projects and documented significant cost savings for clients. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President of Sales at Festool USA, overseeing sales operations and contributing to the company's growth.
From 1998 to 2002, Michael Burch attended North Carolina State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
