Emily (Rich) Smallwood has a diverse work experience in product and experience design. Emily started their career as a Digital Graphic/Design intern at the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review in June 2016. Emily then worked as an Interactive Designer at Pipitone Group from September 2016 to August 2017. Later on, they joined DICK'S Sporting Goods as an Associate UI Designer in September 2017. From there, they transitioned to the role of UX Designer and worked until August 2019. In 2019, they joined numo llc as an Experience Designer and worked until November 2020. Currently, they work at Fetch as a Senior Product Designer, and recently, they were promoted to the role of Lead Product Designer in October 2021.
Emily (Rich) Smallwood attended Ohio University from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Visual Communications- Information Design, with a focus on Interactive Media.
