Adam Cortez

Adam Cortez has a solid background in information technology infrastructure and has held various positions in this field. Adam currently serves as the Director of Information Technology Infrastructure at Fetch Pet Insurance, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Petplan Pet Insurance (North America) from 2018 to 2021, where they held roles such as Director of Information Technology Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure Manager, and IT Service Desk Manager. Before joining Petplan, Adam worked at Global Indemnity Group as a Service Desk Analyst in 2017, and at Allan Myers Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist II for a brief period in the same year. Their experience also includes working as a Systems Administrator at Preferred from 2013 to 2017, as a Remote Support Technician at ReppertFactor, LLC from 2012 to 2013, and as a Customer Service Representative at TD from 2010 to 2012.

Adam Cortez obtained their Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Montgomery County Community College between the years 2006 and 2010. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science and Technology from Temple University, completing it between 2010 and 2012. In July 2019, Adam obtained the certification of Google Cloud Certified - Associate Cloud Engineer from Google.
