Christina Apatow

Christina Apatow is the founder and CEO of FetchyFox AI, an AI-native operating system revolutionizing how airports manage commerce and engage with passengers. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, systems design, and operational infrastructure, she builds intelligent ecosystems that bring automation, efficiency, and insight to complex environments.

A Stanford-trained engineer and former rocket scientist, Apatow previously held a trusted security clearance with the U.S. Department of Defense, working on mission-critical aerospace and defense technologies. At Lockheed Martin, she contributed to projects for satellite systems, ballistic missile defense, virtual reality, and radar development for the AEGIS combat system.

Apatow later transitioned into AI, serving as VP of Client Solutions at API.AI (acquired by Google), where she helped developers scale conversational interfaces during the formative years of voice and chat-based AI. Apatow has since focused on human-centered design for intelligent infrastructure, particularly in the aviation and transportation sectors.

A frequent speaker on AI and digital transformation for over a decade, Christina bridges deep technical knowledge with practical, real-world applications - driving innovation across sectors that shape the physical and digital movement of people and goods.

Apatow earned her M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where she conducted research on ultra-low-frequency electromagnetics and led the Spatial Computing Group within the Transformative Learning Technologies Lab. During her B.S.E.E. at SUNY New Paltz, Christina started the Society of Women Engineers, served on the student senate and was a founding member of the Solar Car Team.
